My internet recharge was over. Since i was out of station, I didn’t recharge right away. When i came and recharged, the internet was still down.
When i called, they said they had disconnected cables of all non paid customers. And I didn’t know so I didn’t mention that WAN light is not blinking. He promised to send the person right away. Time of this call -7:48 pm.
I didn’t expect anyone to show up so late night as their work time was over. I had made up my mind that tomorrow morning it will start.
But i was surprised to see the technician at 8:15pm connecting my wire and i got call about the same.
It’s 8:27pm now and i decided to right the review right away as good service should be appropriated.
